Day 4 of editing version 4 - bit of a "meh" day

This round of editing is tiring me out, though I'm not entirely sure why or how. I’m currently on page 50 of almost 250 pages. I’m getting through it far faster than I expected. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad, but I am inclined to think it’s bad. But the more times I go through it from start to finish, the more familiar I become with my story and the easier (in theory) it is to make changes and hopefully make it as good as I can.
I feel a bit meh today, but there’s a chance that’s at least in part because the weather in Scotland since I got back on Sunday has been continuously grey and on/off rainy. I haven’t even been out for a walk. The cabin, however, is a great place for me to work because A I built it and I love it, B I have to walk 50 metres to get to it from the house, good for the (minimal) step-count, which C makes me go outside more than I otherwise would on a wet, windy, chilly day and D it heats up beautifully with the oil-filled radiator which makes it warm and because there’s E a bed in there, I can work under the duvet sometimes and F I can easily revive myself with cosy naps.

I feel like there is no other news. There’s not even any sourdough on the go. I did, however, see one of our resident hares today and Merlin told me that one of the early birds this morning was a thrush, actually two thrushes (mistle and song). I managed not to succumb to a Mars bar today, but I did have a strip of Ritter chocolate with roasted peanuts (very tasty).
